Health workers and health systems increasingly use mobile phones and tablets to organise health care, provide services and communicate with clients, patients and the public (this is often referred to as 'mHealth'). Some of these strategies may be particularly relevant in situations where it is difficult to meet other healthcare staff, patients and the public face-to-face, such as during pandemics. Cochrane has prepared a series of reviews about mHealth strategies. Two of these Cochrane Reviews have searched for, assessed and summarised relevant qualitative studies and have used the review findings to develop a set of questions for implementers.en_US
